The heart of God has shown itself throughout the 40 year history of Lutheran Community Care (LCC). Over the years the services provided have undergone significant growth to maintain their relevance and reflect the changing needs of the community it serves.
To reflect those changes we have introduced a new logo. This was launched together with a new strategic plan. A new website will be developed soon.
The new visual identity does not aim to change, but strengthen our role and responsibilities of building "Strong caring communities inspired through the love of God". Our important work of supporting communities through empowering individuals and families, community development, learning opportunities and family accommodation and support continues.
