Supported Accommodation means the family agrees to be supported by a Family Support Worker

What is Outreach Support?

Families who find themselves in circumstances that may lead eventually to homelessness are able to contact our Outreach Support Workers who are available to come along side the family and offer practical assistance, advocacy and advice and other appropriate supports in an effort to help the family maintain they current housing and stop them entering the homelessness cycle
