Families who find themselves in circumstances that may lead eventually to homelessness are able to contact our Outreach Support Workers who are available to come along side the family and offer practical assistance, advocacy and advice and other appropriate supports in an effort to help the family maintain they current housing and stop them entering the homelessness cycle.

The Outreach Support team can not provide housing to families but can provide mediation and advocacy with landlords and the RTT on behalf of the family at risk. If a family becomes homeless they are then required to go through the appropriate channels to obtain support as a homeless family.
