The accommodation available through our service consists of:

Southern Area:

• 6 x two-bedroom fully furnished, self contained units that are on site.
• 10 x three-bedroom fully furnished houses.

Northern Area:

• 7 x three-bedroom partially furnished houses.

Outreach:

• Our outreach workers are located at both the Southern Location and the Northern Location and are available to meet with potential clients across the greater metropolitan area.

All of our accommodation is on a short to medium term basis. Clients come into the service on a three month lease and are required to have a bond. We work under the guidelines of the Residential Tenancy Tribunal Act. (R.T.T.)
