For Congregations

All Lutheran Community Care refugee programs provide support, information and educational opportunities for congregations.

Our key workers are also happy to speak to local congregations on the needs and challenges facing refugee groups. They can provide a power point and video presentation on the global reality and Biblical perspectives on refugees.

In some cases this had led to the establishment of local Circle of Friends groups linked to Lutheran congregations, and has also engendered volunteer involvement in our programs.

Lutheran Community Care is keen to develop partnerships with congregations to strengthen our services in the integration of our brothers and sisters for other nations.
