The objective of the JPET programme is to assist young people aged between 15 and 21 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and / or facing multiple non-vocational barriers, to overcome their barriers and to achieve greater economic and social participation.
All participants receive assessment, develop an action plan and are supported to achieve their goals through personal support, counseling, advocacy and practical assistance.
A JPET Project Officer from Lutheran Community Care is available full-time and operates from 3 locations:
